Welcome to Wayne Leighton Solicitors
Coronavirus (COVID-19) - WAYNE LEIGHTON LLP PROTOCOLS
As we monitor the developments around the spread of coronavirus (Covid-19), we would like to reassure you that WAYNE LEIGHTON LLP is open for business in accordance with Government guidelines.
We cautiously welcome the plans unveiled by the Government on 12 May 2020 to restart the homebuying market. From 13 May 2020, anyone in England can move home as long as they follow amended guidance published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
In light of new guidelines from the Government, we’ve taken the
decision that our staff, as far as possible, will continue to work
from home. This is to protect the health and wellbeing of our
employees whilst allowing us to continue providing a service to our
customers.
In view of this, our reception will not be manned and
if you need to speak to the fee earner dealing with your matter then
please email them directly or alternatively email
info@wayneleighton.com and we will distribute the message to our fee
earners and the fee earner concerned will get back to you.
Please be assured that despite everything going on around us, we are still open for business and we will try our best to progress your matter and to try and operate ‘business as usual’. However, given the extraordinary circumstances we are all facing it may not be possible to get back to you as quickly as you are used to. Please bear with us.
Until further notice please do not attend our offices in person but instead, please contact your case handler by email.
Where you need to share hard copy documentation with us, it is best to scan or digitally photograph it and send it to us electronically. We will be intermittently monitoring our post, so if it is essential to post something please be aware it may take a little longer for us to respond than normal. If you believe you have sent something in the post to us and we have not responded, please call or email us.
We will continue to review Government advice as this situation develops and will provide you with an update as soon as we hear anything further.
Finally, and most importantly, we hope you, your families and loved ones stay safe and healthy.
